Ways to Get Referrals


If it's no secret that referrals are among the top ways companies get leads and new business, then why do so many struggle when it comes to getting them?

We know that people rely on colleagues, associates, and friends to recommend providers. And we know when a prospect comes to us via this route that some of our work is already done for us. After all, a referral comes with some pre-selling done, since a certain amount of trust and credibility comes along with it.

Are you doing what it takes to generate quality referrals?

Be Referable

To make referral marketing a proactive part of your lead generation activities, you need to be referable. Ensure that you deliver what you promise, when you promise-and that you actually deliver value to your clients. Never miss appointments.

Be remarkable

remind clients why Mama money is special. Give them something (good) to talk about.

Use Social Media

This is no longer “iron age” or “stone age”, we are in the “Social media age”.
There is so much you can do on Whatsapp, Twitter, Facebook, etc. Use those platforms to get people referring other people to you.

Give a referral


It's one of the best ways to get one in return. In a network of agents working in various areas, we know that an agent somewhere else might know people in your area. Give them a referral and they will return the favor.
