Our wonderful Customer Experience (CE) team has asked us to share some pearls of wisdom, to help you, help your customers and their recipients to receive their money seamlessly and conveniently.
Customers and recipients often say things like:
What card? What activation/m-sign up? What is a normal Textacash card?
How can we make sure customers are informed and know what to tell their recipients:
1. Recipients must collect a REGULAR T-card only.
2. Recipients can, and are encouraged to collect the T-card before money is sent.

3.. Recipients must use a cell phone number that has NOT been linked to any CABS account before, or de-link the number before linking to the T-card.
4. Recipients must do a mobile sign up using the RECEIPT they are given when collecting the card. They must dial *227# and enter the code.
5. If a card was obtained from a Textacash agent the recipient must tell the agent to activate the card by doing a mobile sign up.
