Last month's top earner, Farai Chitekedza, has a message he would like to share with ya'll.
I was an agent before I was promoted after management noticed my hard work. I received training at HQ and managed to help my first 5 customers in 2 days which led my green light and 500MB's of data.
I kept pushing/registering and also helping my customers to do their first transaction. I do my work with confidence, since I know my product it is easy for me to motivate my customers.
I know my product and I have confidence in it. So it help me to motivate my customers. Since Mama Money's agent network has no boundaries I move around all over to help customers where there are no agents.
Mama's blog helps me a lot to build my career. When i speak with a customer I listen carefully and report to my management at HQ.
Communication with customers is very important and update them with our current exchange rate.
To you guys, I wish all of you to do the same as me. Create whatsapp groups with your customers. Show them that you care about them. Don't leave them before they fully understand how the systems works. Fulfill your promises with your customers and make them happy.
With Mama Money you never go wrong. I work only weekends and some few hour after, but I can manage to earn more as an agent than in my normal job. Its not only about earning money, but I am meeting with my old friends and my relatives.
My country is changing because of 5% and convenience service from Mama Money. The directors and management are so friendly to their agents. Since Mama Money is expanding we have a chance to have permanent jobs.
