Consolidate the Deal

Hello Agent Fantastic.

We all know getting customers to register is the easy part. However, getting them to make their first transaction is where the skill comes in!




What is the definition of consolidate:

to make solid or firm; solidify; strengthen:
to consolidate the deal

How do you strengthen the deal to give yourself a better chance of your customers transacting?

1. Always show the customer how to add their first recipient. Explain that we have sent the recipient an sms telling them to go collect the T-card. 
2. Explain that anyone can go collect a T-card at anytime. The recipient does not have to wait for the money to be sent.
3. Show the customer how to get a quote and explain the process is the same when creating an order. When demonstrating how to get a quote make sure you point out how much they are saving with the Mama. 
4. Login into your profile click on "last orders" and show them they will be able to see their transfer statuses and history here. An additional positive is the customer will see that you use the service which will give them extra confidence.
5. Ask the customer questions about e-banking. Are you registered for e-banking? When last did you do a transfer using e-banking? When you make a transfer to Mama what is the reference number? By asking questions you can gauge how to advise the customer. This is the most important part of the consolidation. 
6. You want the customer to feel at ease when you leave. Point out all the contact details on the brochure, have them save your number on their phone and you theirs. Tell them you will help them with their first transaction they just need to get in touch.
7. Ask them for referrals then and there. Once they have done their first transaction ask them for referrals again. 

If you follow steps 1 -7, with every single customer, you have the ability to double, triple or even quadruple your income in less than one month!!
