Mama wants to avoid having customers pending activation due to mistakes, by agents, with compliance documents.
Certain mistakes are avoidable and Mama expects her A-Team agents not to make them.
Plan Of Action: we have implemented a 3 strike rule.
If you make any of the following mistakes you will receive a strike against your name:
1) blurry photograph
2) submit an expired document
3) upload the incorrect document
4) register someone twice
5) register a customer and don't submit documents within 2 days
You will be notified when you receive a strike against your name. If you receive 3 strikes we will have an intervention meeting with a representative from the compliance department and one of the company's directors.
None of this should be applicable if you are deligent about compliance. Please respond to requests from FICA to submit outstanding documentation.
