Money Transfer Status

There are three different statuses when doing a money transfer with Mama Money.

Customers can dial *120*542# and select "View Last Orders" to see the status of their money transfer.

please note this functionality will be introduced to the website in the future

1) Order Pending

When a customer has created an order but we are yet to receive their payment.

2) Pending Payout

We have received the customers payment, but the payout is pending due to the recipient not having collected and activated their Textacash card.

3) Payout successful

The money has successfully been sent to the recipient. This status can be viewed on USSD and on the website under "View Last Orders".
