Here we are looking for the rookie who comes onto the scene and sets the stage on fire. Active customer, FTT's and conversion ratio are the metrics that determine this winner.

• Best Agent: R1000

This is the McDaddy award. Criteria involves all aspects of agenthood: performance, communication, compliance and all round positive contributor.
