How to provide feedback on Textacash card issuing challenges:
CABS have a team of customer service staff waiting to hear from us regarding the issuing of Textacash cards and mobile signups.It is in everyone's best interest for the recipient to have the best possible experience when registering for Textacash.
The "squeakiest wheel" gets the most attention, and that is why we need to provide CABS with accurate information every time we hear of an instance where the experience for the recipient could have been better.
If you receive unflattering feedback from a customer it is your responsibility, as an A-Teamer, to write a brief email to fica@mamamoney.co.za so we can follow up with CABS.
Email Subject: T-card
Email content:
- CABS branch name/Textacash agent number & area
- Recipient's name and number
- Person responsible (if possible)
It will take you two minutes to do, but will ultimately result in more happy customers and more sales for you.
The feedback loop goes both ways. If you have positive feedback regarding a recipients experience we would like to share that with CABS, too.
